To ensure all requests and/or maintenance items from tenants are handled in a timely and efficient manner, we ask that all tenants fill out a tenant request form. Once submitted, the form will be reviewed then sent to our maintenance team to be added to their schedule. The submission of a tenant request form does not mean you will be billed for each request. Billing will only taken place in conjunction with items in your lease.
